This website (the "Site") is operated by Fundara Tech SL ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Spain, which presents the QTECH Hybrid platform to gaming operators.
- Company: Fundara Tech SL
- Tax ID (CIF): B75705301
- Registered address: Alameda de Colón 15, Distrito Centro, 29001 Málaga, Spain
- Contact email: hybrid@qtechgames.com
Fundara Tech SL is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through the Site within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR").
2. What personal data we collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:
- Demo request / contact form. When you submit the form on our Site, we collect your name, company name, email address, country, and the message you write to us, together with whether you requested a demo.
- Usage data. When you browse the Site, limited technical information (such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location) may be collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not intentionally collect any special categories of personal data through the Site, and we ask that you do not include such information in your messages.
3. Why we process your data and on what legal basis
We process the personal data described above in order to:
- Respond to your demo request or enquiry — on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us);
- Communicate with you about QTECH Hybrid, including scheduling and following up on demos — on the basis of our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication with prospective operators (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- Understand and improve how the Site is used — where analytics cookies are used, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time;
- Protect the security and integrity of the Site and prevent abuse (such as spam submissions) — on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); and
- Comply with legal obligations to which we are subject (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data submitted through the demo request form only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and to maintain a record of our business communications. As a general rule, enquiry data is kept for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or a commercial relationship is established, in which case the data will be processed under the terms of the relevant agreement. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls limiting who can view enquiry data, and measures designed to detect and block automated abuse of our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data in line with industry practice and the requirements of Article 32 GDPR.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers (processors) that help us operate the Site and handle enquiries, such as our website hosting provider and our email delivery provider. These providers process personal data on our behalf, under our instructions, and subject to data processing agreements in accordance with Article 28 GDPR;
- Analytics providers, where analytics cookies are enabled with your consent, as described in our Cookie Policy; and
- Public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
Where any of our service providers process personal data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"), where the conditions of Article 17 GDPR are met;
- Restriction of processing in the circumstances set out in Article 18 GDPR;
- Data portability — to receive the data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including direct marketing; and
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hybrid@qtechgames.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond within one month, as required by the GDPR.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Spain, the competent authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain — www.aepd.es.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is directed at gaming operators and business professionals and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age.
